At zacktuned.com, all sales are final. Please review the following carefully before completing your purchase:

Remote Tuning Services

  • Once a tuning service has been purchased and initiated (after you submit your ECU/PCM file), no refunds will be issued.

Physical Products

  • All physical products, including tuning hardware, are sold as-is.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
  • If you contact us before service initiation, we may review your request, but approval is at our sole discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your hardware arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
