zacktuned.com is an automotive performance tuning business specializing in remote ECU/PCM tuning via email-based file services and remote calibration. We serve both direct-to-consumer customers and professional performance workshops (B2B) worldwide, providing custom tuning solutions and development support.
2. Scope of Services
Remote Tuning Services: Customers upload ECU or PCM files via email or our provided tools; we deliver professionally tuned firmware in return.
B2B and Motorsports Development: We support professional workshops, dyno shops, and motorsports programs with advanced calibration and tuning solutions.
Performance Hardware: We offer select hardware and tuning-related components used in remote tuning setups.
3. Ordering and Payments
All prices are listed in the store’s currency. Applicable taxes and shipping (if hardware is purchased) are added at checkout.
Payment must be received in full before services or products are provided.
We may modify, update, or discontinue offerings at any time prior to your completed purchase.
4. All Sales Final – No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. Please review carefully before purchasing.
Remote Tuning Services: Once initiated—meaning after you’ve submitted your ECU/PCM file and our tuning process has begun—no refunds will be provided.
Physical Products: No returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations are not permitted once payment is processed or tuning services are initiated.
If you contact us prior to service initiation, we may (at our discretion) determine whether any action is possible, but this remains entirely at our discretion.
6. Shipping (Physical Products Only)
We ship hardware items according to carrier policies and estimated delivery times. These times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information or carrier errors.
7. Defects or Damages
If a purchased physical item arrives visibly damaged or is demonstrably defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
We will assist with shipping carrier claims, but replacement or compensation is not automatically guaranteed and is provided at our discretion.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
All services and products are provided “as is”, with no express or implied warranties.
We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, or business interruption.
